The meter prover door o-ring had failed. Released 40 gallons of diesel fuel to the soil. The prover was isolated and drained to prevent any further loss of diesel. The o-ring was removed, prover door surface was inspected, cleaned and installed a new o-ring. The soil was removed which came in contact with the diesel fuel. 3/13/2013 - updated e5f per PHMSA request.
