On 8/18/12 at approximately 21:00, during normal operator rounds, the kc operator noticed that the outboard seal on the tank pump on t-8007 was releasing product to the ground. Immediate actions taken: kc operator isolated the tank from the rack as well as all of the piping associated with the tank pump. Updated per blaine keener e-mail due to changes in PHMSA reporting form.
