Bottom plug came out of basket strainer. The female screw connection forged in the bottom of the strainer was intact so a new 1" extra heavy hex head screw plug was installed and the strainer was put back in service. The plug was not found in the vault or surrounding area. Leak was identified by third party truck driver who saw oil and called appropriate rrm personnel.
