During morning station checks, the station operator discovered a 2" fitting on the new station piping leaking at the weld. Section of pipe was isolated and the 2" fitting was cut out and two flanges welded on. The cut-out section was sent to houston metallurgical for failure analysis. Find attached the metallurgical report as requested.
