Operator on shift was making a walkaround when he discovered crude oil releasing out of the 2" piping coming off the bottom of meter #2's strainer basket. Internal corrosion in a low point was determined by field radiograph to be the cause. Updated per blaine keener e-mail due to changes in PHMSA reporting form.
