Approximately 15 barrels of crude oil was released from the roof drain of tank 41063. At this time, the cause of the release is still under investigation. A supplemental report will be submitted once the investigation is complete. Supplemental narrative: based on the investigation, the cause of this release was due to external corrosion. Two pin hole size pits were observed on the lower section of the internal roof drain line. The drain line was replaced and the tank was put back in service once the repairs were completed.
