Columbia gas of ohio investigators and other interested parties met on october 11, 2012 to perform destructive testing of the heat damaged service line riser and to sift through debris collected from the site of the fire. As a result of that investigation, the parties concluded that the cause of this fire cannot be ascertained. Columbia considers this to be the final determination and this report should be considered final.
