Narrative
A logging truck was traveling west along I-90 thru spearfish. The trailer de-coupled fom the truck, careened down the off-ramp, down the ditch, thru the fence, and crashed into the wal-mart building and the meter/regulator set. The subsequent crashed broke the meter/regulator set off the riser and pulled on downstream piping moving and damaging rooftop hvac units.
