This Investigation Has Concluded That The Abrasive And Sandblasting Power Of The Leaking Water Service Line Combined With The Gravel, Sand, And Brick Found In The Utility Trench Eroded The Exterior Wall Of The Pe Natural Gas Main Causing The Hole In The Gas Main.
