On november 21, 2011, a terminal technician was walking by the buckeye manifold and detected a gasoline odor. The 3/4 ' nipple below a pressure relief had failed. The technician isolated the pipe and stopped the flow of product. Repairs were made and the line was put back in-service later that day.
