On monday, 11/8, cppl personnel were notified of a crude oil leak on line 200 in concord, ca. Personnel were dispatched and the line was immediately shut down. There are 2 other 3rd party lines in the same row. Following excavation of the area, it was determined line 200 had a small external corrosion hole. Required notifications were made and the line was repaired and returned to service. External corrosion was the cause of this release.
