A highway relocation project required rerouting two lines coming in the magellan "chicago" facility at franklin park, il. Product was being delivered into temporary tankage to drain up the lines so they could be relocated. A fitting on the temporary tank leaked, resulting in the release. The released product was promptly cleaned up and the impacted area remediated in accordance with company and state requirements.
