The controllers were holding more back pressure than they typically do, which created more pressure drop across the control valve. Given the position of the control valve on the discharge pipe and the associated 4" bleeder pipe, the line was more susceptible to vibration. There was some tubing and fittings that were not required for normal day to day operation. Those were removed and the line was replaced.
