Contractor performing work in the roadway of the 1200 block of e fort ave in baltimore city caused damage to our 12" cast-iron low pressure natural gas distribution main. Damage to this main caused a low pressure condition impacting approximately 820 customers and requiring crews to operate valves on a district regulator station to shut down the 12" lp main and connected lp natural gas distribution system.
