Internal corrosion at 6 o'clock position on 16" tank fill line. Facility down at time of release. Operator discovered during routine facility inspection. Original design of piping allowed water/sediment to be trapped in the low point of the piping. Manifold piping was redesigned and replaced on 1/18/2012 to remove this localized area of piping. Re-submitted on 3/26/2013 to include part e5f per PHMSA request.
