While pressuring up the line, operations control lost pressure. Aerial patrol and ground crews surveyed the line and did not visually see any indications of a release; however an odor was identified indicating an underground release. The line was excavated and pinhole leaks were discovered and repaired. This line was restarted at 7:39 on 9/10, but not operated until 10/10 for a scheduled operation. Note: volume released and recovered was updated based on long term environmental recovery activities.
