Two units were running at hebron station. Unit #4 inboard pump seal failed. The magnetrol liquid level control shut the pump down and closed the valves on the pump. The crude oil was contained in the release trenches going to the sump in the pump room. Employees cleaned the trenches & pump with sorbent pads. Re-submitted on 3/19/2013 to include part e5f per PHMSA request.
