Control center operator opened mov-501 on the fannett terminal pp mix meter skid @06:37. Immediately after, the control center received an alarm on the skid gas detector & blocked the meter skid in. Valero personnel working nearby identified a small volume of vapors originating from the meter skid & called the cpl control center. Personnel were dispatched from the cpl sour lake office & reported back that the valve body bleed device was leaking around the plug. Crew replaced the plug & normal operations resumed @ 09:47.
