Review of circumstances indicated no further investigation was necessary. Pipeline was operating below its maop. Scada alerted controller to a pressure drop. Controller recognized pressure drop as abnormal and actions were taken in accordance with procedures. Incident was caused by factors not related to the operation of the pipeline.
