Company personnel were onsite, smelled crude oil, discovered the crude oil spray coming from the booster pump and shut down the pump. The cause of the release was due to a pump seal failure. Cleanup/repair included cleaning the rocked area, replacing the plastic uner the rocks and replacing the pump seal. Re-submitted on 3/19/2013 to include part e5f per PHMSA request.
