An ef-5 tornado came through the oneok gas transportation's devon cana measurement facility located south of calumet oklahoma at approximately 1600 hours on 24may2011. A oneok employee discovered leaking gas and damage at the devon cana measurement facility just after the tornado struck. Further visual field investigation revealed substantial damage to the entire facility. The oklahoma corporation commission and PHMSA were notifed of the incident on 24may2011. Approximately 14 miles of the a-1129 24inch mainline was isolated and blown down along with the devon cana measurement facitlites by 2046 hours on 24may2011. Initial emergency repairs isolated the devon cana measurment facilities from the a-1129 mainline which allowed the mainline to be placed back in service on 26may2011. Fitness for service assessments of the devon cana facility equipment and piping are continuing. The devon cana measurement facilities were rebuilt entirely. The facility was ready for service on 19oct2011.
