Narrative
Late on 5/17/2011 the control center received a high sump alarm. A technician was dispatched to the facility to investigate. Upon his arrival he found a stain around the sump receiver barrel. A valve on the sump had been left in an incorrect position, resulting in a release of two barrels of transmix. The technician closed the valve, initiated the proper emergency procedures, and made all necessary notifications. All released product has been recovered and remediation has been completed. No further action is required. Supplemental/final report filed to populate field e5.F
