During a routine facility inspection, a leak was identified on the pump side of a flange on a break-out tank. One or more flange bolts had worked loose and were tightened to specifications, stopping the leak. Approximately 2 gallons of free product was recovered and the impacted soil cleaned up according to company and state guidelines.
