The keystone seneca pump station, unit 4 experienced a failure of the pump seal resulting in a release of crude oil. The oil control center received a high pump case alarm on unit 4. Personel were dispatched to the facility by the oil control center to investigate the high pump case alarm. The techncian discovered that a release of crude oil had occurred from the pump seal of unit 4 at the facility. The release was contained on site and cleaned up commenced. Cleanup has been completed.

Narrative
The keystone seneca pump station, unit 4 experienced a failure of the pump seal resulting in a release of crude oil. The oil control center received a high pump case alarm on unit 4. Personel were dispatched to the facility by the oil control center to investigate the high pump case alarm. The techncian discovered that a release of crude oil had occurred from the pump seal of unit 4 at the facility. The release was contained on site and cleaned up commenced. Cleanup has been completed.
