On 3/21/11 @ 19:45, martin pipeline's occ called luke hamilton(martin pipeline manager) expressing concern that the bbl. Count being metered out. At 15:05 martin pipeline had lost their booster station in buna,tx. Due to mechanical failure. Buna going off line will affect the bbl. Rate. At 19:17 buna station was back on line,20:17 incoming and outgoing bbl. Rate did not match, at 20:20 pipeline was shut down according to abnormal operating procedures.
