At approximately 1230pm a local operating personnel found product contained in the dike wall of tank 130-7 at the pasadena, tx facility. Emergency response team was immediately activated. No injuries, no fire, no explosion. Product was found to be leaking from the bottom of the tank, which was later determined to be a leaking sump due to a crack.
