Narrative
On 9/16/2010 at 1:20 pm, enterprise employees discovered vapors emitting from a casing vent pipe at am 517.5 on county road x75 in jones county, iowa. The pipeline was immediately isolated. The damaged section of pipe was removed and sent in for analysis. A replacement section of pipe was installed and the pipeline was returned to service. On 11/10/2010, enterprise received the final report from kiefner & associates, inc. The report concluded that a pinhole leak was created by an unknown electrical discharge.
