At 16:56 on 9/5/10 a third party reported a small vapor cloud at the scraper trap at mp 87, medford ok. Operations arrived on scene and discovered that a tubing sensing line between the regulator and chart recorder was leaking below ground. The valve going to the tubing was closed and the leak stopped.
