Narrative
On july 27, 2010 while an employee was conducting a routine station inspection some free-phase diesel fuel was located in a manifold. The manifold was excavated and the source of the release was identified as a suction/fill pipe from a tank to the manifold. The station suction/fill piping from the tank to the manifold was replaced. The removed section of pipe was inspected and tested with dixie testing and products, inc. The test results revealed microbe induced corrosion. All free-phase product was recovered as well as all impacted soil was tested and properly managed. Form supplemented to account for question e.F.5.
