Narrative
The responsible party, sandra faber, was reaching for her cell phone and failed to make a curve in the roadway. She then struck a video node box and severed the gas service to the vidoe node box. There was an ignition of natural gas from the arcing of the reserve battery cells, this was extinguished by the omaha fire department. 11/23/10- on 9/7/10 the gas service to 7812 evans was reconnected and back in service. The outcome of the investigation was the damage was from the motor vehicle accident as captioned above. Our file is closed in regard to this matter.
