Call center received a call around 11:58 am on february 5th 2010 from fire or police department. Our technician was immediately dispatched and arrived at the scene on 12:19 pm. Upon arrival, technician closed the curb valve to make safe. The fire department determined that natural gas was not the initiating source of the fire event. The gas meter was melted due to fire caused by unknown source.
