Bubbles were observed and an odor of natural gas was detected by a person fishing on the indian river near hwy 520 @ the hubert humphrey bridge (south side) this person notified fcg who responded and determined there was a coupling leaking on a 6" steel main. The depth of water is approx 8ft deep and the pipe is covered with approx 4ft ground. A qualified dive team was utilized to uncover the main and make the repair.
